Download includes a PDF template, DXF, and STP CAD files. The DXF is used for CNC cutting and the STP is the actual 3D model. Both CAD files are editable.

The bevel shown in the 3D image is done using a 10″ contact wheel. Vertical height of the bevel is .9″. Edge thickness is .014″. Blank thickness is .190″
The picture of the bevel on steel is done on 1/4″ material. The pictures of the bevel done on wood is 1/4″ plywood.
